Idian man calling stating he was gonna call my boss and tell them I was a bad person.They advised me of a loan I owed. I had to close my account because of fraud. They left me a voice mail saying good luck with the Wrath upon me????????? I have no clue who they are or what they want but this is crazy! They also said they were part of the Justice Department beaware

Calls every night. Request that calls be stopped.

Calls every ten min;utes all day and calls early in morning and wakes us up. It is frustrating.

They call usually twice a day. If I answer no one is ever there and it stays silent for about 10 seconds then they hang up. It is really annoying.

Received call at 4:30am...the caller asked for me by my full name...when I asked who it was, he asked again... then I was silent, and he hung up... very scary

caller claiming i owe money and they are the FBI, the POLICE, A Lawyer. The caller called me whores, sluts and said he was going to rape me. He called my Job at least 30 times in a row and I asked several times, to please stop calling.

They never leave a message for me and hang up when I answer. If they call about a friend or relative- they are NEVER to say the friend or relative owes money. They are allowed to call you to leave a phone number or ask for better contact information. They may only say it is a business matter. If they actually say your friend or relative owes money, they are then in violation of the FDCPA- your relative may be entitled $$ for this breach of privacy. The collection agency itself will be fined by the government $1000 if it is the first time and more money on successive violations.

this stupid company call me twice a day.

The person that called me from this phone threatened me with a lawsuit for some debt I know nothing of. He, in broken English, would not tell me what the debt was, how much the debt is for, or whom I am indebted to, but rather threatened me on the phone. I have filed a complaint with the FTC for this threat, as I am also on the Do Not Call list.
